SH2000 we’re the first snagging company ever to provide the concept of snagging reports for the individual customer. Since then we have developed and improved the range of services we provide and in-turn have helped improve the quality of new build homes. 

Currently holding the largest snag inventory in the industry; SH2000 inspects over 1000 different aspects throughout the home to provide a detailed and accurate snagging report. Each report lists all snags externally and internally, room by room, with a descriptive positioning and measurements (if required).

We will carry out inspection of a wide range of properties from 1 bed studio apartments to 7 bed manor houses. From new build properties to recently renovated rooms to large structural conversion.
