May 2008 Lastest Media Release of Non Compliance of RegulationsAnnual Report from the UK’s Premier and Leading Building Snagging CompanySurvey Homes 2000 Ltd “The market place” During the period of May 2007 and May 2008 the new building market place has grown, the government’s proposals for further; tens of thousands of new houses throughout the country in coming years will create a larger demand for quality control. We have compiled reports throughout the UK during our eight years in business and can clarify that 95% of new houses should not have been issued with a Build Complete Certificates (developers) or Certificates of Mortgage Leaders (build mark companies). Some typical and most common defects found are as follows; (1) Torn/ripped roofing material “Why is it happening?” Simple to answer; lack of control and supervision, the demand & greed of developers asking for year end completions too soon. “Remember when buying a new home”! “You’re a name until the monies have been transferred, then you’re a number” (statement from Peter S Appleby (managing director of SH2000) |
