- Your property will undergo a 1000 Point Check from which we use to guide us throughout your home to pin point all potential snagging issues.
- We cover all external elevations, including landscaping, drains and may include other aspects that could affect the condition of your property (i.e. neighbouring plots, common land or public footpaths).
- We inspect throughout the house; room by room providing descriptive positioning of every snag.
- Reports are often dispatched within 48hrs of the initial inspection. Although any serious defects will be reported to either yourself or the site manager on the day of inspection.
- With your report you shall receive a complementary draft letter which you can use as a template to assist in your cover letter to the developer.
- We can provide advise and guidance regarding your rights as a new homeowner.
- We can assist in liaising with your developer throughout the arbitration process with your developer or NHBC & other such like companies (recommend our services to a neighbour or friend and receive a well known high street shopping voucher).
- We can supply on site supervision during all remedial works and offer a re-inspection service once all works have been completed.
